The Website
& Writings of
Robert Gerald Borelli How I decided to write. I spend my whole working career as a "Process Control Systems Automation Engineer". First with Dow Chemical followed by Bristol Babcock, Inc. I had graduated from Connecticut School of Electronics and followed later with the University of New Haven where I majored in Business Management and minored in Software Programing. I worked in Systems Engineering until I was promoted to the Manager of Bristol Babcock's Contract's Department. I ended my career as a Systems Sales Manager. I actually had 2 other titles in sales, they were National Account Sales Manager and Mexico Sales Manager. I continued to do engineering while I was in Sales. Nowhere in my career did writing come into play, except for the engineering type.
That said, it came from one of the courses I took in college. It was a "Creative Writing" course and my guess is that I did well because at the end of the course the Professor told me that I was a writer but did not know it.
So when I retired I started writing. First with Murder Mystery Plays, then Music and then other things like Poetry, Heartfelt Themes, Religious, Tributes, History, Comedy and others. I continue to write. But not as often. On the Right side of this page you will find links to all of my writings.
Thank You for Visiting Bob Borelli ![]() |
